Olive oil tasting events moderated by Mehmet Özgü Manisalı, Founder of Life with Özem and Olive Oil Tasting Expert, teach us how to distinguish between the fruity, bitter, and pungent characteristics of olive oil and how to assess the oil’s quality. Through these tastings, we learn a variety of tips, from the region where the olives are grown to the climatic conditions during the harvest season.
