Olive oil was referred to as “liquid gold” during that period. Olive oil is one of our culture’s most important symbols. It has served as a guide for various civilizations throughout history regarding nutrition and health. As a result, each drop of olive oil represents the immortal tree’s legacy and abundance.

During the harvest, we bring the lush green olives we hand-pick to our farm in a short period of time, where we witness the transformation of the immortal tree’s fruit into liquid gold by pressing it. Seeing the olives we gathered from the branch in the morning on our evening table is the most precious moment for us.
