The olives we collect are transformed into liquid gold olive oil at our farm, while the fruits are turned into our traditional healing vinegar. The remaining pomace from the processing of olives and fruits is shared with our animal friends on the farm, ensuring them with the healthiest nourishment. After feeding the lambs of our sheep,raised on our farm’s natural pastures, we use the remaining milk to produce our traditional cheese. This cheese, a regional tradition, adds a touch of flavor to our breakfast tables.
